Public Art Proposal: Jungle

I am honored to be a finalist for two public art commissions, both in public schools in Washington DC. This means out of over 400 applicants, my work will be carefully reviewed and considered among the work of three other finalists for each project. My first proposal was for a mural, themed: jungle. In this proposal, I wanted to to create a space to explore and be inspired, and to evoke wonder and joy for all ages, for years to come.

The second submission will consist of four mosaic entry signs, themed: seasons. Stay tuned!
