Utilizing layers of acrylic paint in washes and layers completed with a paint brush. 48"x48", this is one painting of a series of three (the other two are close but not yet completed as of now).

Acrylic on Canvas 14"x18" 2017. Jupiter has more than 50 moons, with an atmosphere of mostly hydrogen and helium. It's iconic red dot is a storm that has been raging for hundreds of years. This is my visual interpretation of the colors, elements, and sights from this giant planet.

Pieces of colors form a free-flowing nebula-like form. I like to imagine that Outer Space is highly colorful (as opposed to darkness), and our human eyes cannot currently perceive it's color spectrum.
